Ortodoxia, Journal of the Romanian Patriarchate, is a publication that appears in a hybrid regime (Hybrid Open Access) and does not charge any fees for publishing materials.
Supporting accessibility and freedom of research, the Orthodoxia Journal publishes online the contents and editorial of each issue, as well as the columns Orthodoxy in dialogue and Contemporary Orthodoxy, as well as certain representative studies, with the consent of the authors. These texts are available free of charge. Readers are allowed to access the materials and use them for any legal purpose, without asking for prior permission from the publication or the author, as long as they cite the source.
The author transfers the patrimonial property rights for the works sent for publication (studies, articles, translations, reviews) to the publisher, the Publishing House of the Biblical and Orthodox Mission Institute of the Romanian Patriarchate.
Copyright refers both to the printed version of the magazine and to the information (author, keywords, abstract, translator, pages) published in electronic format on the website: revistaortodoxia.ro
The editors of Ortodoxia Journal reserve the rights to make changes to the form and content of the texts sent for publication and ask for compliance with the redactional guidelines indicated.
By publishing the materials in the journal, the Publishing House of the Biblical and Orthodox Mission Institute is not obliged to pay any copyrights.
Contributors will receive a sample of the issue in which their texts were published.
Authors are responsible for the authenticity of the texts, for the opinions released as well as for some critical attitudes.
All materials sent to the editorial office are original. Authors are requested to maintain the exclusivity of a single editorial appearance of the written text. For full republishing of materials from the Ortodoxia Journal in other books or volumes, authors will request the publisher's written consent.
